Glen Dell has spent his life as a pilot pursuing excellence in the art of precision aerobatics. He has won the South African Aerobatic Championships on eight occasions. His crowning achievement was in 2004, when he was judged to be the Advanced World Aerobatic Champion by an International Judging panel.
Glen has incredible talent and skill when it comes to aerobatics. However, while hard work and determination got him close to the top, Glen believes it is his absolute passion for the sport that helped him climb the last rung.
Glen inspired the design, creation and development of the Slick 360. The properties that he concentrated on most were strength, performance and the assurance that the aircraft would be precisely controllable throughout the full spectrum of aerobatic manoeuvres.
These were all achieved in the Slick 360, and the aircraft is destined to become one of the preferred mounts for top world aerobatic pilots.
